COMMENTS MADE BY FORUM

The Forum raised a neutral comment to one planning application:-

Farley Lodge, 62 Boltons Lane – Erection of a single storey front and rear extension to existing detached garage incorporating ground floor link to house and proposed conversion of garage into habitable accommodation requesting that the Planning Officer gives due weight to the setting of the Grade 2 listed building next door.

…….and one objection to revised plans at:

45 Lincoln Drive – Insertion of 3No front, 1No side and 2No rear rooflights and 2No skylights (retrospective)

 APPLICATION DECISIONS OF NOTE

123 Old Woking Road – REFUSED – Erection of 2x sets of entrance gates and piers and 1.5m high fence on Hacketts Lane frontage, erection of 2m high front boundary fence on Old Woking Road frontage and alterations to existing accesses (part retrospective)  PNF did not object

 Beech Rise Lock Lane – REFUSED – Erection a single storey dwelling following demolition of existing stables PNF objected
