The Forum Committee Meetings are held at Pyrford Village War Memorial Hall, once a month, in the evening.

The Forum Committee is elected at the AGM in July. The current committee comprises:

- Gary Elson – ex WBC Councillor for Pyrford
- Geoff Geaves – long time member and editor of the 2016 Pyrford Neighbourhood Plan

- Andy Grimshaw – Chair of the Forum and another Pyrford boy
- Suzanne Heaney – our latest recruit, keen supporter of Pyrford village life
