Site Allocation Development Planning Document
– SADPD –
In 2015 Woking Borough Council announced their intention to release land from Green Belt in order to provide land for housing development. Amongst their proposals were the 2 fields in Pyrford on either side of Upshot Lane. Residents were consulted between 18 June and 31 July 2015 and the key documents in the overall process that has still to be concluded with revised proposals and a further consultation expected in the autumn of 2018:
