NEW APPLICATIONS OF NOTE

Pyrford Place Estate, Pyrford Road – replacement fencing along the Lock Lane boundary and alterations to existing access on Lock Lane (Retrospective).

36 Norfolk Farm Road – Erection of two storey dwelling and detached outbuilding with parking following demolition of existing dwelling and garage

Tynings, Hazel Road – Erection of a two storey replacement dwelling with accommodation in the roof space and a basement and erection of a detached garage with accommodation in the roof space following demolition of existing dwelling and garage.

 COMMENTS MADE BY FORUM

Pyrford Place Estate, Pyrford Road – Replacement fencing along the Lock Lane boundary and alterations to existing access on Lock Lane (Retrospective). – PNF objected due to concerns about the 1.9m fencing along a rural lane

 Tynings, Hazel Road – Erection of a two storey replacement dwelling with accommodation in the roof space and a basement and erection of a detached garage with accommodation in the roof space following demolition of existing dwelling and garage.  PNF objected due to concerns about the impact of the size &  mass of the replacement dwelling and reduction in size of the amenity space

 APPLICATIONS DECISIONS OF NOTE

The Old House Pyrford Road –Refused – Demolition of existing stables/storage building and replacement with detached oak framed garage/storage Barn.  Proposed – a detached oak framed boat house.

1 Lovelace Drive – REFUSED– Forum objected due to size – Erection of a detached two-storey house with rooms in the roofspace, dormer windows and integral garage following demolition of existing house (amended description).

The Brambles Pyrford Road – REFUSED –Forum Objected as in Green Belt – Outline application (all matters reserved) for a new residential development of 26 dwellings, (50% affordable) with associated access, parking and landscaping.

 7 Bray Gardens – APPROVED – Forum Objected due to size & impact on street appearance – Erection of two storey side and rear extensions, erection of 2x rear dormer windows and insertion of front and side rooflights to facilitate accommodation in the roof space, installation of replacement windows, installation of solar panels and alterations to external materials following demolition of single storey rear extension and side conservatory.

Lee Place Hazel Road – PERMITTED– Forum objected due to closeness to locally listed building – Erection of detached dwelling on land west of Lee Place (amended plans received 12.11.2021 amending red line of application site).

 PLANNING APPEALS DISMISSED

8 Townsend Cottages – Forum did not object – Erection of a front porch.

 PLANNING APPEALS AWAITED

Twisted Stone Golf Club – REFUSED & ENFORCEMENT ORDER RAISED – Forum objected  to planning application – Temporary consent is sought for a period of 12 months for use of part of existing car park as a greenkeepers maintenance compound and siting of storage containers (retrospective)

154 Old Woking Road – REFUSED – Forum  objected – Erection of a two storey side extension and front porch following demolition of existing porch. Erection of a single storey rear extension and 1
