 Milestones, Pyrford Road – Erection of a first floor side extension and internal alterations

 Copper Beech, Old Woking Road – Retrospective application for erection of a single storey side extension, fenestration alterations and changes to external finishes.

 Pyrford Place Farm Estate, Pyrford Road – Replacement fencing along the Lock Lane boundary and alterations to existing access on Lock Lane (Retrospective)

 The Brambles, Pyrford Road  – REFUSED – Outline application (all matters reserved) for a new residential development of 26 dwellings, with associated access, parking and landscaping.  PNF objected to the application as inappropriate development (in Green Belt)

 Lee Place, Hazel Road – LEGAL AGREEMENT AGREED FINAL DECISION – Erection of detached dwelling on land west of Lee Place (amended plans received 12.11.2021 amending red line of application site).  PNF did object to the application as next to Locally Listed building

 Byfleet Lawn Tennis Club, Pyrford Road – APPROVED – Installation of floodlighting to serve two outdoor tennis courts, No. 4 and 5.  PNF did not object to the application (in Green Belt)

 The Old House, Pyrford Road – REFUSED – Proposed Detached Oak Framed Boat House.  PNF did not object to the application (in Green Belt)

 The Old House, Pyrford Road – REFUSED – Demolition of existing stables/storage building and replacement with detached oak framed garage/storage Barn.  PNF did not object to the application (in Green Belt)

 Barnhouse, Warren Lane – APPROVED – Erection of single-storey link extension to existing outbuilding.  PNF did not object to the application (in Green Belt)

 Pyrford Golf Club, Warren Lane – APPROVED – Erection of single storey side extensions, external alterations, alterations to fenestration, new entrance lobby within existing porch, installation of flue, erection of pergola structures, amendments to car parking layout, landscaping and associated works.  PNF did not object to the application (in Green Belt)

 1 Romans Way  – REFUSED – Formation of a new vehicular access and creation of hardstanding.  PNF did not object

 Church Farm Barn, Church Hill – APPROVED – Listed Building Consent for the maintenance/repair work to existing conservatory.  PNF did not object (In Conservation Area)

 PLANNING APPLICATIONS AWAITING A DECISION AFTER 3 MONTHS

 45 Lincoln Drive (Validated September 21) – Insertion of 3No front, 1No side and 2No rear rooflights and 2No skylights (retrospective).  PNF objected

 Marchmont, Hollybank Road (Validated January 22) – Erection of a new dwelling following the demolition of the existing dwelling.  PNF Objected

 12 Hayes Barton (Validated January 22) – Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.  PNF did not object

 59 Boltons Lane (Validated January 22) – Erection of part two storey (with habitable loft room), part single storey side extension with construction of rear dormer. Erection of new detached garage.  PNF did not object.

The Brambles, Old Woking Road (Validated February 22) – Erection of a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension following demolition of garage and alterations to external finishes. (Amendment to PLAN/2021/0845).  PNF did not object

 36 Norfolk Farm Road (Validated February 22) – Erection of two storey dwelling and detached outbuilding with parking following demolition of existing dwelling and garage (part retrospective).  PNF did not object

PLANNING APPLICATIONS AWAITING A LEGAL AGREEMENT

 153 Old Woking Road (Draft decision October 2020) – Demolition of existing dwelling and garage and erection of 2.5 storey block of 5 apartments (use class C3) with associated hard and soft landscaping and relocation of vehicular access to Lincoln Drive.

 Cherrywood, Blackdown Close (Draft decision December 2021) – Subdivision of plot of Cherrywood, retention of existing dwelling and erection of new attached dwelling with associated parking and amenity space (amended description and amended Site plan).

 PLANNING APPEALS MADE SINCE LAST UPDATE

 154 Old Woking Road – Erection of a two storey side extension and front porch following demolition of existing porch. Erection of a single storey rear extension and 1No rear rooflight.  PNF Objected

 Beech Rise, Lock Lane – Formation of vehicular access onto Lock Lane.  Applications 2021/1107 and 2021/0557.  PNF Objected (in Green Belt).

 PLANNING APPEALS OUTCOMES AWAITED

 Clubhouse Twisted Stone Golf Club, Pyrford Road – Section 73 for variation of condition 15 of planning permission ref: 95/1044 (allowed at appeal), dated 23.06.1997 (Construction of 18 hole pay and play golf course, alterations and extension to the existing farmhouse to form clubhouse and provision of associated car parking accessed from Pyrford Road and the creation of an additional footpath at Lees Farm, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet) to amend the wording which restricts existing use of the clubhouse building to purposes ancillary to and only used in association with golf course use (retaining existing restriction on clubhouse building opening hours) (amended description).  PNF Objected (In Green Belt)

 Clubhouse Traditions Golf Club, Pyrford Road (Enforcement 14 June 2021) – Appeal against Enforcement Notice.  PNF objected to planning application for temporary storage (in Green Belt)
