Since the last newsletter, the key planning applications are:-
New Units Marshall Parade Coldharbour Road – Removal/variation of condition 9 to allow a change in planning use to allow for possible occupation by a dentist.
Lock Lane – A new bungalow on a field was refused.
Boat House, Pyrford Place – Demolition of existing boathouse & erection of a two-storey boathouse. A previous application was refused.
Qaro Pyrford Heath – Prior Approval to add an additional storey above the existing bungalow. This was recommended for approval at the January 2021 Planning Committee, but a decision was made to defer the application for further review.
