This year there will also be a VE Day 75th Celebration on Friday 8th May. This is now the early May Bank Holiday, moved from the Monday 4th May, to mark the 75th anniversary of VE Day.
Plans are being drawn up for a Pyrford Village Event in the afternoon and evening, starting around 4pm. More details as we get them, but think Street Parties, 1940s style entertainment, family games and side shows.
