The Pyrford Neighbourhood Plan (2016-2027) is doing an excellent job in giving Pyrford a voice in planning decisions. It is now time to update it. New challenges from local and central government are appearing and we need to keep our Plan relevant and effective so that we can protect and enhance our area.
In January 2025 the Pyrford Neighbourhood Forum started the process of updating the Pyrford Neighbourhood Plan. Working with Bluestone Planning, we carried out a gap analysis of the existing Plan.
In June and July 2025 we carried out initial consultations with residents at the PNF AGM, at the Pyrford Primary School Fair and at the Pyrford Village Show. Click here to see a summary of the responses and to add your comments.
The diagram shows the various stages in updating our Plan. We are currently at the stage “Gather Evidence and Identify Issues and aims“.
