Since the Neighbourhood Plan has been completed the constitution needs to change to reflect future activities of the Forum. A new constition has been drafted for the next AGM.
The revised constitution has been designed to reflect future activities voted for at the 2016-17 AGM and to reflect the relationship agreed with Byfleet, West Byfleet and Pyrford Residents Association (BWBPRA).
Briefly the Forum will act in association with BWBPRA as an independent body in order to maximise the value local views and opinion. In return an operating grant has been granted by BWBPRA .
