About this event:

Created by pnf

Took place on 10th January 2015
sandy lane, pyrford, woking

On Saturday 10th Jan Carole Gale will lead a team to start to plant the WW1 Living Memorial hedge along Sandy Lane and we are seeking volunteers to help.

The Forum, in partnership with a local landowner, have applied to the Woodland Trust for hedgerow trees to plant along Sandy lane to stand as a living memorial to the residents of Pyrford who died in the First World War.

If you are interested in coming along with a spade and helping to plant a few of the trees, please RSVP on this page or if you would like more information, please contact our Open Spaces Coordinator Carole Gale at gale.family@btinternet.com
