There is a new petition on SCC website expressing concern about the state of the roads and pavements in the Pyrford Woods Estate.
The explanation says:-
“The roads and their pavements named in this petition, particularly Hamilton Avenue, Lovelace Drive, and Lincoln Drive are key walkways through the Pyrford Woods estate to access schools, shops and community services. They are used by children, adults and the elderly living in the area have not been maintained in accordance with Surrey County Council policy. They are currently in a dangerous condition. This petition seeks to address this.”
The petition suggests a thorough survey, conducting immediate safety-related repairs and seeking funding for a reinstatement programme.
